The Bow is the most iconic and a top romantic destination for visitor and locals alike. It is considered the oldest bridge in New York, completed in 1862, it connects the Ramble and Cherry Hill, and has a length of Approx. of 60 feet.
Bow Bridge gets its name from its graceful arc shape as the archer's bow without its arrow.
It was designed by Calvert Vaux and Jacob Wrey Mould with Classical Greek refinement, incorporating elements of Gothic, Neo-Classical, and Renaissance design.
